Analysis of common faults of four-column hydraulic press

Fault 1: The needle of the pressure gauge swings badly
Settle:
1. There is air in the oil circuit of the pressure gauge
2. Mechanical vibration of pipelines
3. The pressure gauge is damaged
Fault 2: Slider crawling problem
Settle:
1. Air is stored in the system or the pump is sucked out
2. Improper precision adjustment or lack of oil in the column
3. Check whether the suction pipe of the pump is inlet or not, and then move up and down many times and pressurize
4. Add oil to the column and readjust the accuracy
Fault 3: The high-pressure stroke speed is not enough, and the upper pressure is slow
Settle:
1. The flow rate of the high-pressure pump is adjusted too small
2. Pump wear or burns
3. Serious leakage in the system
Fault 4: Failure of action
Settle:
The electrical wiring is not firm or the wrong connection is checked for electricity
Fault 5: After parking, the slider slides down seriously
Settle:
1. Leakage of cylinder port sealing ring
2. The adjustment pressure of the pressure valve is too small or the pressure port is not strict
3. Observe the cylinder port and find that the oil is leaking and deflated
4. Adjust the pressure check valve port
Operational precautions
1. Those who do not understand the structural performance or operating procedures of the machine should not start the machine without authorization;
2. During the working process of the machine, the mold should not be overhauled and adjusted;
3. When the machine finds serious oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable action, loud noise, vibration, etc.), it should stop and analyze the cause, try to eliminate it, and should not put it into production with illness:

5. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider, and the minimum closing height of the mold shall not be less than 600mm.
